How do I care for my Cilantro rug?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, using a front-load washer. Use bleach-free detergent and avoid fabric softeners. For drying, hang to dry or air dry only—no heat. For larger rugs, a commercial-size front-load washer is recommended. When vacuuming, avoid the edges and do not use a beater brush. Your can view the full care instructions here.

All Cilantro rugs are available in 7 sizes:

24" X 72" (2' X 6')

What is your return policy?

If you decide to return a rug, you have 30 days from the day your receive your order to do so. The rug must be unused, accompanied by its original packaging, and be in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.

To initiate a return, please submit a return request on our "Shipping and Returns Policy" Page. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send back your rug.

The cost of return shipping, calculated at the lowest available rate, will be deducted from your refund. Please note that rugs returned without prior authorization will not be
accepted.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do not offer express shipping.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within Canada.

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, if all items are in stock, we’ll ship it within 3–5 business days.

Are there any exceptions for free shipping?

Free shipping does not apply to oversized boxes or remote areas. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies for free shipping, please contact us directly for assistance.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

We select the best carrier option for your order based on factors such as shipping distance, shipment size, and the most efficient solution to fulfill your delivery. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives promptly while providing the best possible shipping experience.

How can I track my shipment?

Tracking information will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order with the correct shipping details. We will do our best to accommodate the changes before your order is processed.

How is the package that my item will be sent in?

The size of your package may vary depending on the number and size of the rugs you have ordered.
