Shipping
We proudly ship across Canada, ensuring your orders arrive promptly and in excellent condition. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, provided all items are in stock. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Please note, however, that free shipping does not apply to oversized boxes or deliveries to remote areas. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, feel free to contact us directly for assistance.
For all other orders under $100 or those that don’t meet the free shipping criteria, a flat shipping rate of $20 will apply at check out.

Which carrier is used for shipping?

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order with the correct shipping details. We will do our best to accommodate the changes before your order is processed.
How can I track my shipment?
Tracking information will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has shipped.
How big is the package my item will be sent in?
The size of your package may vary depending on the number and size of the rugs you have ordered.
Returns
If you decide to return a rug, you have 30 days from the day your receive your order to do so. The rug must be unused, remain in its original packaging, and be in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.
To initiate a return, please submit a return request by filling out the form below. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send back your rug.
The cost of return shipping, calculated at the lowest available rate, will be deducted from your refund. Please note that rugs returned without prior authorization will not be
accepted.
